Cybersecurity Executive

Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Executive to protect our organization’s systems, networks, and data from cyber threats. The ideal candidate will monitor security systems, identify vulnerabilities, and implement effective security measures.

Key Responsibilities
* Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity
* Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities
* Implement security policies, protocols, and procedures
* Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments
* Respond to security breaches and incidents
* Maintain firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems
* Educate staff on security awareness and best practices

Required Skills
* Knowledge of network security and protocols
* Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS
* Understanding of ethical hacking and penetration testing
* Experience with security tools (SIEM, antivirus, etc.)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, etc.)

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
* Certifications like CEH, CISSP, or CompTIA Security+ (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in incident response
* Knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure)
* Understanding of compliance standards (ISO 27001, GDPR)
