Sales Executive

Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
* Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
* Negotiate contracts and close deals
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
* Collaborate with marketing and support teams to improve customer experience
* Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
* Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build rapport quickly with clients
* Target-driven and self-motivated
* Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
* Good problem-solving and analytical skills
* Willingness to travel (if required)

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in B2B/B2C sales (depending on industry)
* Familiarity with digital sales tools and online lead generation
* Strong understanding of the local market
